Hello, Let me introduce us.
We are Abundant Life Assembly of God Church. We are located on the corner of Howard Avenue and Third Street in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Our desire is to be a church that ministers to the local community, those houses we can see from our front door and the blocks connecting to ours, missions both foreign and domestic, and the Body of Christ in general.
It takes people invested physically, emotionally, and spiritually in this particular body of believers to do that.
Maybe you don’t yet know who you are in God’s world or are unsure what the right way is. You may have questions as to who God really is and your relationship with Him.
WE are waiting for YOU also.
We have direction and answers in God’s Word thru preaching, teaching, and personal relationships with caring staff and members who are just waiting and anxious to meet you.

It is our desire to serve as a church home to those who are searching for a place to belong, a place where needs are met, a place where the Spirit of God can be found in the messages that will lift your spirit, improve your life, and encourage you, a place to praise and worship together and join together to minister to the needs of our community and the world around us.
We offer a contemporary worship service that includes not only today’s new music but also all the best of past generations psalms, hymns, and Spiritual songs singing and making melody from our hearts to the Lord.
Our messages not only include traditional from the pulpit teachings but also illustrative sermons complete with in costume portrayals of well know bible characters and live displays of painting, music and skits sure to make the messages hit home and be memorable.

Kidz For Christ 4:00-5:00
Bible Study 6:00-7:00
We also are involved in many ministries both within and outside the home church offering opportunities to be fruitful in Gods kingdom and meeting needs locally.
